$225 - 1 Hour Episode (Audio & Video)

• Includes 1 hour of audio & video recording

• Includes mixing/editing

• Includes mastering and video rendering

Option 1:

Exclusive Rights. (Exclusive rights gives the buyer full mechanical rights and ownership of the digital property purchased from Tower Gate Studios. Tower Gate Studios will maintain a 50% royalty split on all exclusive rights digital property sold.)

 

$300 minimum
- Complete ownership of beat (with royalty split)
- Exclusive – will belong to no one else
- Unlimited for profit use

Option 2:

Licensing. (Licensing does NOT give the buyer any exclusive mechanical rights or ownership of the digital property, the digital property of any licensed media belongs to Tower Gate Studios)

- Basic License: $20
o Mp3 only
o For profit: Music recording, 1 music video, 50,000 audio streams, distribute up
to 2,500 copies, live performances, radio broadcasting (2 stations).

- Premium License: $40
o Mp3 and .wav
o For profit: Music recording, 1 music video, 50,000 audio streams, distribute up
to 2,500 copies, live performances, radio broadcasting (2 stations).

- Premium + License: $80
o Mp3, .wav, & Track Stems
o For profit: Music recording, 1 music video, 500,000 audio streams, distribute up
to 2,500 copies, live performances, radio broadcasting (2 stations).

- Unlimited License: $160
o Mp3, .wav, & Track Stems
o For profit: Music recording, unlimited music videos, unlimited audio streams,
distribute unlimited copies, live performances, radio broadcasting (unlimited
stations).

Through purchase of any licensing above, buer/artist will not have exclusive
ownership.

- Stems: $50 per track
- Drum programming: $75-150 per track
- Additional production: $50 per track

(i.e. having a TGS engineer perform on a track).
